Privacy Policy

This policy covers the SellFlow website and the SellFlow browser extension. Privacy questions and verified data requests may be sent to support@sellflow.autos.

SellFlow handles account identity, dealership configuration, subscription status, authorized inventory and vehicle photos, approved listing content, publication status, extension installation and version, connection heartbeats, error diagnostics, and support communications. The extension also detects whether a Facebook Marketplace tab is ready and interacts with vehicle-listing forms only after the user starts a publishing batch.

SellFlow does not request, read, transmit, or store Facebook passwords, authentication cookies, private messages, general browsing history, or payment-card numbers. Facebook authentication remains inside the customer-controlled browser profile. Stripe handles payment-card data.

Data is used only to authenticate the extension, enforce the paid subscription, synchronize authorized dealer inventory, prepare and publish user-approved vehicle listings, show progress, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with law. Before connecting an account, the extension displays this data use and requires affirmative consent.

Limited data is processed by providers used for hosting and databases, object storage, billing, transactional communications, and optional AI listing assistance. These providers receive only the data needed for their function. SellFlow does not sell personal data or use extension data for personalized advertising.

Account, inventory, and publication data is retained while the account is active and then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed to provide the service. Short-lived operational logs and diagnostics are retained only as needed for reliability and security. Billing, fraud-prevention, and audit records may be retained longer where required by law. Users can disconnect the extension at any time and may request access, correction, export, or deletion through support@sellflow.autos.

SellFlow uses encrypted HTTPS transport, scoped extension tokens, server-side tenant and entitlement checks, input validation, audit records, and redacted logs. The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
