Terms of Service

These terms govern access to SellFlow. By creating an account, you confirm that you can bind the subscribing organization and that it is authorized to market the vehicles and access the inventory sources it connects.

SellFlow provides inventory ingestion, listing preparation, synchronization, and customer-controlled browser automation. You are responsible for account security, authorized users, listing accuracy, source permissions, and activity performed after approval.

Facebook, payment, AI, storage, messaging, and inventory providers are independent services with their own terms. SellFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted access to their interfaces and will stop automation when verification or access controls require human action.

Subscriptions renew for the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Plan changes, taxes, credits, and cancellation effective dates are displayed by the secure checkout or customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not erase accrued charges.

You may not use SellFlow to misrepresent vehicles or financing, bypass security checks, evade platform restrictions, scrape sources without authorization, publish prohibited content, or infringe another party’s rights.

The service is provided with commercially reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, SellFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, third-party platform action, or decisions made from unverified listing information. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
